Day 1

I am back. I have had a rough few days of not having ANY motivation. I have stared at my video everyday but just didn't have the self discipline to put it in and do it.
I put it on my list of things to do today and I did it first. I had to get it out of the way! SO back to Level 1 I went. I will probably head to Level 2 tomorrow. If you are still reading this please feel free to leave words of encouragement or your own success stories of staying on a good work out regimen! Thanks!

  1. I wish I could leave you advice on how to stay on a good work out regimen- I am on day 25 of my diet, and day 20 of the 30 Day Shred. This may be the longest stretch of days in a row, that I have ever been this good with staying on track. But it is rough. Everyday I can find one million and one things to do, other than going downstairs and doing my workout. But push comes to shove and I have to summons all of my energy, and know my body is changing from the workout (which is what I want and need.) So, I head downstairs each night, not really wanting to do the workout, but knowing I need to, and 25-30 minutes later I feel much better. Proud of myself that the workout is done for the day. So, you too can do it. If I can make my fat self do the workout everyday you can too. (Note: I have a TON of weight to lose, and I do take a day or two off each week.) Just remember for that short 30 minutes (max.) you will look and feel much better.

By the way- I am fairly new to your blog. I stumbled across it from somebody else's blog a short time ago. It was funny when I saw your blog, because the day before I found it, I was in the shower and the thought came to my mind that I should retitle my weight loss blog to "Kaylin's Losing It!" When I stumbled across your blog the next day- it was just too weird that it was called "Losing it." It seemed like somehow I was meant to read it! I hope you don't mind!

  2. You can do it! I did 5 days in a row this week and took a day off yesterday because we went to the Brookfield Zoo. Just think about the end result you want and how good you feel when you exercise!
