I am so hungry all the time. But I am pretty much sticking to it. I say pretty much because I dont know what my calories for dinner were...
breakfast-cereal and coffee- 350 cal
lunch- apple/chx salad at Panera- 520, whole wheat baquette- 140 (I didnt think the salad would have so many calories)
snack- granola bar- 120 cal
dinner- cheeseburger, bun, asparagus (yum!)
Workout- Level 3

haley - I found your "losin' it" blog from the nest (er...bump?) :) and i must say...I think that you are doing GREAT. post partum weight loss is NOT an easy road (though some may make it seem that way...) and kudos to you for taking steps to make yourself healthier!!
ReplyDeletehaving been down this road myself, one piece of advice I have to offer...you NEED to eat, GIRL!! especially if you're working out - on a daily basis...women need about 1800 cals minimum...much less than that and your body will hold tight to that weight for dear life!
try to make those 1800 count with fruits and veggies (and eggs for breakfast if you like them!) things that will make you feel less hungry all the time.
and most importantly....remember that you're not only doing this for you - you're doing it for that beautiful baby girl of yours...who DEFINITELY thinks you are the most beautiful momma she could ever have.
I know this was random and probably kind of strange from a complete stranger....but hopefully you're okay with that. :)
